On the 31st of July Rose gave birth to 8 beautifully Hamster Baby's. They weren't more than 1 cm when they were born.
4 of the baby's passed away in the first two weeks. So we have only 4 that are alive and doing exstremly well.
For the first two weeks we could not touch the kids because the mom were really protective of her kids. So we had to let her take care of all the nursing.
At almost two weeks they began having some issues with eating. We think Rose stopped for a little bit producing enough milk for all the kids. So me and my mom had to feed the kids with bottle with water and Hony so they could survive. It Whent pretty well and they put on alot of weight in the short days we were giving them that. At day 14-15 all the kids started to open theire eyes. That's were we began making them used to humans and bering handled. So 3-4 times a day we handled them and after week 3 they were almost all used to being handled and we're runing around exstremly fast.
The 4 are now 9 weeks old and almost as big as Rose are.
3 of the kids are Girls they live still with theire mom, but will be separated from theire mom soon since they are slowly getting more and more territorial. They eat and play just as theire mom and love to come out from home when they are awake.
The last one are a Boy. We have allredy separated him from the pack because he turned mature at 4 weeks old. But he's doing well at his own. He have a big home were he can run and have fun all the time. Also he comes out for an hour each night when he's awake because he like getting cuddles.
